We want you to have total confidence in us when you order from snakepick.com. As such we have created a secure payment facility via eWay Australia’s leading payment gateway. We also have 256 bit SSL encryption to protect all credit card processing and customer information.
Customer Privacy
At SnakePick we know how important it is to protect your personal information. Whether you're shopping with us online or in person we want to make every customer experience safe and secure. Snakepick does not and never will on sell customer information.
You can also ask to review any of the information that we have retained, how we have used it, and to whom we have disclosed it at any time by contacting us at info@snakepick.com. Subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law, and provided we can authenticate your identity, you will be given reasonable access to your personal information, and will be entitled to challenge the accuracy and completeness of the information and to have it amended as appropriate.

Refunds and Returns
If one of our products is faulty, or if you have any other problems with our product and would like to return them, please contact us to organise a return before sending. Returns are to be sent to:

Returns are to be sent at the cost of the sender and a restocking fee may apply depending on the size of the return. Please allow for 5-7 business days for the refunded money to appear in you account.
Delivery policy
Orders will be sent by SnakePick via Australia Post unless otherwise specified.
We can Express Post/Courier your items if necessary but additional charges will apply. Please allow a minimum of up to 5 - 7 working days for delivery, subject to stock availability.
Delivery Times
Please be aware that these times can vary so we are unable to guarantee specific times. Please allow up to 7-10 working days for delivery
We are unable to ship to PO Boxes via Courier, so we suggest if you are not going to be at home, have your goods sent to your work. Someone needs to be present at your shipping address to sign for your goods.
Small consignments will be sent via Australia Post. If the item is too big for your letter box, they will leave a card in your letter box for you to collect it at the Post Office.
Large consignments will be sent via courier and need to be signed for. If there is no one at the shipping address for receipt, we suggest you use an alternative address such as your work. SnakePick takes no responsibility if you supply us with an incorrect shipping address.
If a product is damaged upon receipt, please return it to us with postage paid, within 7 days of receipt and we will exchange the item(s) or issue you with store credit.
